Reviews
Very solid class overall. Well structured course with clear expectations. Prof does her best to make lectures engaging and encourages class participation. You need to go to class. Assignments are fair and there aren't too many other than exams/group project.

Dr. Scott is absolutely amazing! MKT 378 is one of my favorite classes I've taken at WashU. The lectures and topics are very relevant, and she presents them in a very easy-to-understand way. The homework assignments are very straightforward and really helpful. Exams aren't hard if you study. I learned a ton from this class and enjoyed it a lot.

Professor Scott was awesome! She answers questions really well and truly does want her students to understand the material and succeed in the class. Lectures were pretty interesting and had a lot of real-world application. There's not a ton of assignments and most of them are fairly straightforward.

Professor Scott is amazing! Lectures are super interactive and fun. Homework is not much, really helpful, and fairly easy. One group project and one final exam, but lots of resources to help you succeed on them. One of my favorite classes and profs at WashU!

Prof Perfecto is super sweet and hilarious. She's very understanding and a fair grader. She made marketing research relevant and interesting to learn about. The only downside to her teaching style is she doesn't demonstrate how to use SPSS in class and requires an understanding of it for the hw. Overall she's a great prof and I highly recommend.

Not a great lecturer, asks redundant questions and can't answer student questions. Tests on textbook material, not much from lecture. Takes off points very easily on homework and also participation in class.
