Reviews
Ratings seem a bit harsh. There is lots of homework so beware but if you are interested in getting better at French this class will help you achieve that. She is a good professor and maybe a bit strict sometimes but if you are engaged in the class it will be fine. The cold calling is just a part of learning a language.

Do not take any class with Stone unless you have to. Be prepared for cold calls and a cold personality. She does not utilize Canvas, picks favorites, and frequently uses micro-aggressions. Her assignments have no rubric and she grades on subjective perceptions of your work. Fairly accessible outside of class, but is rude when communicating.
