Really surprised to see people give Mukai such great ratings. His lectures are not clear at all and if you're new to differential equations you will need help to understand his textbook. If you don't know Matlab you also have your work cut out for you. Get a tutor and you might be able to work your way through this class

One of the best professors you will ever have! Extremely clear and knowledgable in his field and his text book is amazing!

Don't let anyone else teach you Signal and Systems. Mukai is the only one who knows how to do it well. It'll feel like you're not learning anything in this class at first, but by the time the final comes around, everything starts making sense. Daily quizzes so you have to show up to class, but sadly most people leave after this 3 min quiz.
