Professor is meticulously organized. He explains really well. The class pace is fast. Overall I would recommend taking M&A with him, but be mindful that it would take a lot of your time.

He is very knowledgeable about mergers & acquisitions. I learn a ton every class, but it is a lot of information!

Undisputedly the best at WashU! If you are headed for any kind of investment banking career, you are better off taking his class. It is amazing, even now I am still using his lectures.

The man works investment banking hours as a teacher. Honestly, no teacher who has ever taught at our school has worked harder at the teaching aspect of the job. He will help you, but will not hold your hand and do things for you. Get a good group (preferably someone good at excel or someone who had a banking internship) and you should be all set

ALWAYS available for help outside of class. Really wants students to do well in a class that has difficult material. Problem sets and cases are tough and time-consuming, but anyone that wants to go into any sort of banking will be better off for having taken this class with Lubo.
