Strongly recommended. His finance class is awesome, and he does care about students. He is very smart but patient to answer your "stupid" question. The case study is really hard but it helps you understand the materials.

Gormley is the man! The best teacher I've had at Wash U hands down. I have never seen or heard of a teacher care about his students the way Gormley takes care of them.

Great professor. He is very clear and easy to listen to. His examples and lectures are very helpful (I opened my book maybe once all semester). In general, he is also just a very approachable guy, which helps.

Gormley or Godley? This guy is by far the best professor i've had at this school in the past four years. He makes a boring subject come to life. I've never seen a professor care about his students as much as Gormley, everyone loves the guy and waits for him to be teaching the class now.

Gormley is awesome! Class is not hard and he explains everything really well. And he's like nerdy-funny, which works real well.

Best professor I've ever had. E-mailed me back numerous times after midnight the night before tests and projects. Very friendly, reasonable. Very good at explaining things. Very thorough. Awesome! Go to class and STUDY THE PRACTICE EXAMS! Its finance, so it won't always be fun, but he makes it as good as it can be. You learn a ton! Great!
