Dr Lu is an amazing professor! He really cares, and Management is an interesting class with lots of projects, activities, and even Kahoots in class rather than just sitting and listening. The case comp is fun too.

Professor Lu was amazing. He always made sure content was understandable and interesting. The TAs were also great.

Professor Lu is a great professor with interesting lectures. However, the class falls apart with the TAs, who are not knowledgeable and give poor advice, and the grading, which is unclear. Your grade appears out of a black box, if it is even returned. Your case comp group will include freeriders, and the entire thing is judged on vibes, not merit.

For a class so heavily praised, it was an absolute disaster. Lu is an excellent lecturer and deserves a 5. Unfortunately, his condescending, unhelpful, and misleading TAs tank the class. Grading, handled by the TAs, is completely arbitrary and isn't released until December. The case competition is flooded with free riders and judged subjectively.

Lu is a good professor on his own, but the TA's destroy the class. They have an often incorrect knowledge of the subject and fail to prove themselves useful for the most simple tasks. This leads to points being deducted arbitrarily and adds an unnecessary degree of difficulty to the class. Case Competition is an unrealistic charade of foolishness.

Good: great professor, helpful TAs, resubmission chances, exams were only 13% of grade, personally my fav class of the semester Bad: don't know grades for anything until end of semester, huge case comp project - assigned groups so ur screwed if it's a bad gorup

Professor Lu was a fantastic management professor. He was receptive to his students' schedules and lectures were very straightforward and useful. My only complaint from his class was the $150 textbook that was only really used for one unit. If you do the readings and have good group members for Case Competition, you will do great in Lu's class.

Dr. Lu is a kind individual and easily accessible outside class hours. Although the reading can be intensive occasionally, the Kahoots fill in the gaps, so you aren't entirely lost in class. The only downside is that we have a $150 textbook we barely use, and we cannot view our grade until the end of the semester.

Dr. Lu is a kind man and a great professor, especially given that it was his first-semester teaching. Though you will invest a lot of time outside of class doing readings and group work, he is more than willing to help you and will always greet you with a smile when you approach him. He's understanding and approachable and I'm thankful I had him!

Lu is building up a well-deserved cult following in his first year. Such a nice guy, great personality, and cares about his students understanding concepts. Genuinely, this guy rocks. If you have the opportunity to take a class with him, do it.

Incredible Professor. His lectures are very engaging and very direct. He is a clear lecturer with no unnecessary fluff or rambling. He seems to genuinely care about student success and learning, and provides clear feedback.

Dr. Lu is an amazing professor. He is very knowledgable and really loves what he is teaching. He is invested in his students and makes class enjoyable. If you pay attention in class, the tests closely match the material you cover. He also prioritizes making sure students understand the material instead of just memorizing it.

Dr. Lu was hands down such an amazing professor! He genuinely cares about his students' success and is super funny. He always answers any questions efficiently and I loved the case studies that we got to work on in class!

Dr. Lu is an amazing professor!!! He is so funny and actually cares if we learn the content. He's also super accessible and always responds to emails. I wish I could take this class again just so I could have him as my professor again.

Dr. Lu is very engaging in class and explains topics super well. I was nervous about MGT 100 because of everything I had heard, but it was not as bad as others made it seem. Lu is always open to questions and is accessible outside of class as well. I had a great time in this class and would definitely take a class with him again!

Dr. Lu is the best professor I've had so far. He really cares about you doing well in his class, he removes unnecessary readings from tests, and if you have concerns or want to talk to him 1 on 1 he always makes time for his students. On top of that, he understands all the concepts he teaches and answers all questions really well.

Professor Lu is one of the most kind and caring teachers I have had. His homework does include long readings that take up a decent amount of time if you are a slow reader like me, but they are very useful. Prof Lu is a little shy at first but over time he opens up and class becomes a lot more fun later on. Would highly recommend him.

Best MGT 100 prof for sure. Cares about the content he teaches and is willing to take feedback from students about the course. Exams are fairly light if you attend lecture and participate, and the class is graded on a curve anyways. Also, does Kahoot review the class readings with prizes for winners?

Best MGT100 Professor. Dude took half the readings off the first test. It's way easier than Dr. K and also more interesting and relevant. Super caring and understanding. He's a little shy at first, but once he gets to know the class, he's pretty funny. He provides many relevant cases and is accessible outside of class. 10/10 would recommend.

Professor Lu is knowledgeable and always answers questions on class topics. He's flexible with deadlines and even remove some assignments. TAs handle non-lecture tasks like office hours and grading. The class isn't difficult if you stay on top of readings, focus on understanding rather than memorizing, and participate actively (hard but its 17%).
