Quality: 1Difficulty: 2CHEM 1702

The first three reviews are off. DArcy is the worst. What a waste of a semester. This was the worst course I have taken at Wash U. I learned more in hs. What a letdown. There must be better Profs in Chemistry than this.

Quality: 1Difficulty: 3CHEM 1702

DArcy is terrible, awkward, nervous, and not smart. I am not sure he knows what he is saying. He cannot answer questions. I went to one of his help sessions, and he contradicted the text on numerous occasions.

Quality: 1Difficulty: 2CHEM 1702

D'Arcy is terrible. He cannot teach, and he often seems to not understand what he is saying or writing on the board. There is no way he can pass his own exams. Avoid! Sign up for Bleeke's section.

Quality: 5Difficulty: 4CHEM 1702

D'arcy's enthusiasm for chemistry is contagious. Lecture is very organized with lots of writing on the board (with multicolored chalk!), and if you don't understand a concept in class, he's always willing to explain it in greater detail in office hours.

D'arcy is very passionate about chemistry. He is really interested in applications of topics. He is really nice, and is great to talk to individually. He can really make lecture an interesting place to be.
