Kimball Chapman

Definitely take accounting with Chapman if you can! Course gets harder throughout the semester, but prof genuinely cared about students and was a great teacher. Tests were tricky sometimes, but not unreasonable. Chapman was the best!

Chapman is amazing! Such a kind guy and he makes accounting engaging. Doesn't expect you will always read the textbook, so he makes his lectures from the perspective that you haven't read. Homework is optional and not for credit. Quizzes/exams come straight from material and practice, very straightforward. He inspired my love of accounting!

Prof Chapman gives great lectures that makes accounting easy to understand. Also very kind with quizzes and tests. Usually gives out three or more practices that get you well-prepared. The curve at the end is also very generous. Very energetic class.

Everything that is on the tests will be in practice tests and the slides. You don't need the textbook unless you want additional problems. There's a curve at the end. Chapman gives phenomenal lectures and makes accounting a relatable, applicable tool rather than a bunch of abstract rules and principles.

If you do the practice quizzes and exams thoroughly, you're bound to succeed. Moves fast in class, but if you sit down with the content shortly afterward, it's very manageable. No homework, just graded on quizzes and exams. Chapman makes class entertaining and doesn't want to use more of your time than he needs to. Great professor!

Professor Chapman does his best to make accounting interesting. He is always upbeat. He has office hours and many TAs. Tests and quizzes are fair.

Amazing professor. The tests get a little nitty gritty in the details he asks, but everything on the test is on the slides. You don't have to go to class, but he's funny enough that you'll wan to.
