Her english sucks and lectures consist of her reading off the slides she already posts online, so attending lecture is pointless. Regular typos on the exams. Helpful outside of class and on Piazza though, and you can find all the homework and quiz answers online The class isn't that bad but you'll have to teach yourself all the material.

There were significant typos on exams and the final, not the little kind of typos where you know what they were going for, but serious enough that a large portion of the final was figuring out what it even meant.

She's basically reading the slides, but her English is so poor that nobody understands what she's talking about.

Ruth Miller is the definition of a horrible professor. She clearly doesn't care about the class or her students. Her illogical, incomprehensible teaching style is almost hilariously ironic for a class on logic. The TA's for this class are also horribly unknowledgeable and inaccessible.

Miller is one of the worst professors I've had. Her lectures aren't organized, she doesn't explain topics well and she's not very helpful in answering questions. For a logic class, everything she does is in the least logical, efficient way possible, like giving us a seating assignment 5 minutes before the exam. If this class is required, good luck.

Terrible lecture and grading. The quiz and exam questions are not clear and confusing. And those questions are not really discussed in the class at all. She asked TA to do everything. She's not nice and impatient. Never want to take her class again.

She's a boring lecturer but is great at explaining things one on one. Fortunately, you don't need to attend the lectures. Everything you need to learn will be in her ppt slides and taught to you through the assignments.

Absolutely no need to go to lectures, because you'll end up trying to teach yourself everything from the book and online sources. Smart professor, awful, awful lecturer

Not a particularly interesting lecturer but a fine professor and 332 is a decent amount of work but not particularly hard and can all be found online. No need to attend lecture

Definitely not a good lecturer. Her class is extremely boring.

The lecture slides are confusing to understand, and the lecture itself doesn't help either. The exams are not reasonable; things shown up on the exams are not explicit in the lecture slides. long homework. Bad news: you have to take it as a comp sci major.
