I think I gained a lot out of this class, it challenged me a lot by having to read a lot of Korean texts. I recommend taking it if you want to advance your Korean skills a lot.

While this class has almost 0 homework, your grade is only participation and online simulation exams in which you get three attempts to do well on it (and they're SUPER HARD). If you've never taken upper level Olin classes this is a pretty challenging class.

I really liked Professor Chun. She was very kind and funny and made lectures engaging by making us participate constantly. Contrary to the previous ratings, I never found Professor Chun intimidating at all. Because class sizes are extremely small, make sure to be prepared in class as you will participate a lot.

Professor Chun is a good professor, and his class is interesting in helpful. Participation is important, as its a large part of the grade. However, the midterm and final are unfair in my opinion, as they are simulations that deal with things not dealt with in class. If you don't understand them, he provides no help on them either. Beware of this.

Heayoung Chun is a fantastic professor. She ensures everyone is involved in class and understands well how to teach the Korean language using proven-effective tactics. She may seem intimidating at first but know that this view of her may come to pass. The class, however, can be challenging at times, with 2-3 quizzes per week, so stay on top of it!

Professor Chun is an amazing teacher for Principles of Marketing. It is a case-based class and you get really in-depth and learn practical applications which were interesting. He will really like you if you participate and interact with him. He is a great resource. Only two take-home exams that are pretty fun to do.

Professor Chun can be intimidating at times, but she truly cares about her students' learning. Professor Chun works actively to make sure each student is engaged during class. This 5 credit course is fast-paced, with 1-2 quizzes a week, a chapter exam every other week, oral presentations, a midterm, and a final. Be prepared to learn a lot!
