Great class overall but VERY tough grader. Very interesting material but don't expect to get an A....Take this class if you are genuinely interested in consumer behavior.

Took Principles of Mkt and Consumer Behavior with Goodman. Both were great! He does a great job of explaining concepts while keeping class environment fun. Definitely recommend his classes.

My favorite professor and class at WashU. Might be one of the only classes I've ever taken where I looked forward to going to class. It is definitely not an easy A, but Goodman is very very smart, his lectures are entertaining and interesting, and if you're marketing major you MUST take his class.

classes were entertaining and i felt like i learned a lot but the tests are graded so ridiculously hard that it is VERY hard to get a good grade- for some questions i put exactly what was on the slides in class and only got 3/5. he's very helpful for projects, etc.

fairly easy to get a B, tough to get a an A. Will force you to do his extra credit assignments and get nothing in return for them. A lot of group work, overall a decent prof but nothing to write home about.
